Alicia and Chris’ Wedding – Branford House Mansion

What do you get when you combine a spectacular location, amazing food, custom cocktails, and a great couple?  Alicia and Chris’ wedding of course; they were awesome.   Below are some of my favorite shots:

Amanda and Phil’s Wedding

Not only did the rain and fog magically disappear, Amanda and Phil had blue skies and 50 degree temperatures.  What a great couple and an amazing wedding; there was some serious dancing, levitation, and aerial acrobatics…  Here are some of my favorite pics, be sure to check out the last few:

Kylie and Chris’ Wedding

Kylie and Chris were married at Woodwinds in Branford, CT.  They are a beautiful couple who were surrounded by some talented family and friends; there was no better way to end 2011.

Royse and Chadd – Wedding Video

I recently had an opportunity to shoot high-definition video of a wedding using my DSLR.  Video is new for me but it was a chance to try something different.  Carl of Manhattan Media Productions trusted that my photography skills would translate to video. It was a bit strange at first but pulling it all together was lots of fun; especially the editing.  It’s a different process but in the end, it’s still storytelling with images.  So here it is, my first wedding video.

Best of 2010 – Wedding Slideshow
Here are some of my favorite pics from 2010.  Turn up the speakers and enjoy…
Kate and Alex – Water’s Edge

Well this was my last wedding of 2010 and what a way to close out the year!  The ceremony took place at St. Joseph’s in New London, an absolutely stunning church.  We then made a fast dash to the Water’s Edge to literally catch the last 15 minutes of light.  Yes, it was cold but Kate and Alex had no problem…

The reception was fantastic and we all had a blast;  Santa even stopped by for a visit.  Kate and Alex were so much fun!  I love, love, love the piano shots…   Here are a few of my favorites…

Tina and Jesse

It was a brisk but beautiful day; we were lucky enough to catch the last of the fall leaves in the evening light.  Tina and Jesse were fantastic to work with; what a beautiful couple.

For all you photographers, this was my first chance to try out my new 85mm 1.2 lens.  All I can say is WOW; amazingly sharp even wide open!
